Unlock EX Hidden Missions:
To unlock the five EX missions, the player must clear the game once,
then achieve Rank S in certain missions, (difficulty level not an issue).
EX1:
Clear the game once, then achieve Rank S in
Mission 01.
EX2:
Clear the game once, then achieve Rank S in
Mission 02.
EX3:
Clear the game once, then achieve Rank S in
Mission 06-2.
EX4 :
Clear the game once, then achieve Rank S in
Mission 09-1.
EX5 :
Clear the game once, then achieve Rank S in
Mission 16.
Unlock SP Hidden Missions:
To unlock the two SP missions, the player must achieve certain
conditions.
SP1:
Achieve Rank A or S in Mission 04, then clear
Missions 06-1 and 06-2 (q.v.). In Mission 06-2,
destroy all enemies.
SP2:
In Mission 10, destroy all enemies
Unlock all fighters:
In the title screen, input: L2, L2, right, R1, R1, R1, left, left, R2,
R2, R2, R2, Start.
But reportedly, unless the player achieves Rank B or
above in Mission 14, the player may not be able to continue
further into the game.
Unlock 16 basic missions, but not hidden missions.:
In the title screen, input: down, R2, R1, up, up, L1, L2, L1, Start.
Unlock all Tamiya illustrations:
In the title screen, input: left, right, L2, L1, left, right, down, up,
Start.
