Iron Stomach:

hold L1 + L2 and press Up, Down, Up, Down,
Left, Right, Square. A sound will confirm correct code
entry. All items Goh eats will be edible and will restore health.
Alternately, view all three normal endings.
Completion bonuses:
Successfully complete the game. You can continue the game on your cleared
saved game file. This will also unlock the "Theater" option, Garden
upgrades, as well as an alternate Goh model and the first set of costumes.
Crazy Ninja difficulty:
Successfully complete the game under the normal difficulty setting.
Very hard difficulty:
Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting.
Goh's alternate costumes:
To unlock a second set of costumes, view all three normal endings or the
hidden ending.
Kinu's alternate costumes:
Successfully complete the game under the hard or Crazy Ninja difficulty
setting.
Trust In Yourself:
View all three normal endings.
