By winning tournament mode you will unlock the dog players.
Earning credits:
When earning credits, you can buy secret teams, stadiums,
and game modes. You can only get the credits by participating
in "Exhibition" and "Tournament" modes. Then
on the Franchise and Season modes, you can earn money to buy,
improve, or trade your players for better players.
