Monty Python reference:
Sometimes when you see a breakable tree stump there
will be a little rabbit nearby. If you hit it, it latches on to
Maximo in a way that is reminiscent of the KILLER BUNNY scene from Monty Python And The Holy Grail.
Pickups:
Red Coins - These coins are used for lives whereas they were continues in
the first game. Diamonds - This pickup is worth
10 coins each, but birds will try to snatch diamonds away from you. Coin
Bags - These money bags are worth 5 coins each. Coins
can be used to upgrade items and purchase items once you save villagers.
Art gallery:
Finish a level with all treasure collected,
all chests found, and all innocents saved to unlock an entry in
the art gallery. Each level unlocks a new art gallery entry.
Fighting The Baron:
On the level when you have to fight the BARON all you have to do is run away
when he summons the gods and always hit him by surprise. (use your shield to
defend only his moves) You cant use your shield in the gods.
