1,000 credits:
Go to the "Custom Mode" section of the options.
Select "Custom Tournament" then choose the "Start
A New Game" option. Choose your desired tournament or league
options then at the "Name League" screen enter 67700.
This will give you 1,000 credits to spend in the club album.
